Shipping policy

Australian Shipping

For orders within Australia we charge a flat rate of $10. Orders will be sent within three business days of the construction of your garment/s being completed. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia post. Shipping is not covered by insurance. Once shipping of your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation via email with your tracking number. 

Undeliverable parcels

Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how and when the delivery can be collected.

If the parcel is not collected or returned to Eighth The Label, re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional $10 AUD standard shipping fee.
